CONTENT COPYRIGHT

All content uploaded to this website is protected by Copyright law. It is therefore illegal for a customer to re-distribute or re-sell any content downloaded from this website. Performers must first own the copyright to the content or obtain permission from the copyright holder before they upload to the site. If performers are found to be uploading content to which they have no copyright or permission of use, their account will be closed at once. Funds from sales made by this performer that have not yet been disbursed as payout will be forfeited.

SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Customers can purchase a Premium membership which gives access to all videos and picture sets marked "Premium". The standard price is The membership DOES NOT give access to pictures and videos marked as "VIP". This content can be purchased separately using the tokens system. Premium Memberships can be purchased on a recurring monthly membership. A recurring membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle and the customer will be charged by their selected payment method. Memberships are not refundable for the current or previous billing cycle.

CANCELATION OF RECURRING MEMBERSHIP

A recurring membership can be cancelled at any time, if a recurring membership is cancelled, full access will be retained until the end of the current billing cycle and the account will revert to a free membership after that date. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that a recurring membership is cancelled before the next payment period is charged. After cancelation, the customers profile will return to "Fee Member" status, any purchased VIP or custom content will remain available for the lifetime of the profile. To cancel a premium membership, use the settings icon in the top menu to access "My Account", then select "My Subscription" and cancel.

VIP CONTENT REFUNDS

VIP content purchased using tokens is available for the personal use of the customer for the duration of their profile on the site. Payment for VIP content does not constitute to any agreement to copy or distribute the content either electronically or through printed media. Title and copyright remains’ the property of the content provider at all times. The customer can access the content through their website profile. Any VIP purchases will only be refunded if there is a fault in the product that cannot be resolved by the webmaster. VIP content will remain available for the lifetime of the profile. If a customer requests his account be closed and his data removed from the website all VIP purchases will also no longer be available. Once purchased, VIP content can be viewed via a free membership profile or a Paid Membership.

CUSTOM CONTENT REFUNDS

In the event of a performer failing to deliver a custom video clip within two weeks (14 days) from when the custom content was requested, plus an additional 24 hour grace period, the customer will receive a 100% refund. The performer will endeavour to fulfil the customer's order, matching the customer's written description as closely as reasonably possible. Any enquiries on categories and descriptions can be made to [email protected]. In the event the customer forces an unjustified refund (chargeback) in the sole opinion of this website, then the customer will be barred from any further use of this website. Once this website has instructed a refund, the customer will be notified via email.

OUR LIABILITY

Performers and customers recognize that this website has no liability regarding the use of any uploaded content. this website shall not be liable either for any damages resulting from service interruption, or from infrastructure or hardware failure, leading to loss of business, information or content. Performers and customers agree that this website cannot be held liable for the infringement of intellectual property or other rights, and is not liable for any offensive, defamatory or otherwise illegal behaviour by any third party. All performers are responsible for ensuring the publishing rights and legality of the individual content they upload to this platform.

SALVATORIUS

If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that fact shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.

AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing a custom video clip from a performer on this website, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted this Agreement in its entirety. this website may change the terms of this Agreement at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to keep current with the changes in the Agreement. The customer's continued use of this website after a change in the Agreement implies an acknowledgement and acceptance of its new terms.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Content can only be uploaded by verified performer profiles or AK Media International Ltd authorised administrators. This website does NOT allow the uploading or downloading of the following prohibited content:

PROHIBITED ACTORS

• Under Age Limitations. All actors must be (and appear to be) at least 18 years of age.

• Incestuous sex/Intamacy - whether real or implied.

• Animals. No living animals (besides humans) are allowed. Sex or implied sex with animals is not allowed.

• Necrophilia, Horror, Snuff. All actors must be alive, both before and after. No one may be maimed or killed, whether real or simulated.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

• Crushing. No crushing of animals (other than humans).

• Penetration in bondage, "Fisting". No one may be penetrated while all limbs are bound or be penetrated with one's fist (anal or otherwise).

• Non-consensual Sex, Forced Sex. No one may be forced to have sex against their will, whether real or implied.

OTHER PROHIBITED CONTENT

• Blood, Scat, Vomit. No blood, faeces or vomit may be shown, whether real or simulated.

• Pissing/Peeing. No consumption of urine or urinating on other people.

• Weapons, Drugs, Chloroform or any illegal substance. No weapons, drugs, chloroform or any illegal substance causing intoxication, impaired judgement or unconsciousness.

• Content can only be uploaded by verified performer profiles, AK Media Ltd and APN Management ltd or their authorised administrators. This website prohibits the uploading or downloading of activity / content that is illegal or otherwise violates card association standards.

ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

All users of this platform including both performers and customers agree to abide by our acceptable behaviour policy. Under no circumstances will any of the following be tolerated; Bullying, racial abuse, lgbtq abuse, level pushing, harassment or any behaviour that a performer finds offensive. If unsure ask a performer what is acceptable to them and respect their boundaries – “No” means “No” The webmaster and management team, at their sole discretion has the right to block or delete any user that fails to follow acceptable behaviour guidelines and any funds or content access will be forfeited

PAYMENTS

In accordance with our PCI compliance, AK Media International and APN Management Ltd do NOT access or store any sensitive card payment details. All payments are processed securely by our third party Payment Processing partner Paydoo.com

PERFORMER PAY-OUTS

Performers can receive a pay-out only when they have a minimum balance of £100.00 available to withdraw. Performers can then request a pay-out via their selected payment method. Pay-outs are processed twice per month. All requests received between the 1^st and 15^th of the month are processed by the 17^th. Requests received between the 16^th and the end of the month are processed on the 2^nd of the following month. An additional day will be required if the pay-out date falls on a Sunday or British bank holiday. Please allow up to three days from the processing date for your funds to reach your account. APPLICABLE LAW

Any Disputes arising from the use of this website will be governed by the laws of and under the jurisdiction of Gibraltar and the United Kingdom
